I plan to pursue Additional Qualifications in Special Education, Mathematics, and Reading to strengthen my ability to support diverse learners across key areas of the curriculum.

Teaching
Build strong experience as an Occasional Teacher, develop meaningful relationships within school communities, and work toward securing Long-Term Occasional placements.
Classroom Management
Continue to improve classroom management and build confidence in delivering lessons independently.
Reflective Teaching Practices
Strengthen reflective practice skills to critically assess my teaching effectiveness, and enhance professional self-awareness and responsiveness to student needs.
Resource Development
Improve my lesson planning skills by creating inclusive, comprehensive, and effective lesson and unit plans. Consult professors and peers for support.
Continued Authorship
Further develop my skills in storytelling and creative writing to enhance literacy instruction, classroom engagement and complete engaging texts.
